Licenced breeders

We work with licensed breeders across NSW

We partner exclusively with licensed and ethical breeders across NSW, ensuring all our puppies are healthy, fully vaccinated, and well-cared for. Each puppy is vet-checked and raised in nurturing environments, so they’re ready for both yoga class cuddles and their future homes. We prioritise responsible breeding practices to promote animal welfare and create safe, joyful experiences for everyone involved.

Socialisation

Our Puppies are already adopted

Many of the puppies featured in our sessions are already adopted and just about to go to their new homes. By attending a class, you're not only experiencing the joy of puppy yoga, you’re also helping socialise puppies before they head to their forever families. It’s a beautiful way to support early bonding and confidence-building in a safe, fun, and positive environment.

Why we do it

Paws for Wellness

Puppy yoga is more than just a feel-good experience, it’s a shared moment of mindfulness, joy, and connection between people and puppies. For humans, it’s a powerful way to reduce stress, improve mood, and reconnect with the present. For puppies, it’s a chance to explore, socialise, and build confidence in a playful, supportive setting. Every class is a win–win for wellbeing.

FAQ

Where do your puppies come from?

We partner exclusively with licensed, ethical breeders across New South Wales. Approximately 90% of the puppies in our puppy yoga sessions already have loving homes lined up and will be adopted within a week or two after their class.

Puppy Yoga provides a safe, enriching space for them to socialise with humans and explore new environments, helping them build confidence before settling into their forever families.

Do you work with rescue dogs?

Yes, occasionally for charity and awareness events. While we love supporting rescue organisations, many rescue dogs require more specialised environments due to past trauma.

That’s why the majority of our sessions feature breeder-raised puppies who are already confident, healthy, and ready for gentle socialisation in a group setting.

Are your breeders ethical?

Absolutely. We only work with licensed breeders in NSW who raise their puppies in clean, spacious, and caring environments.

Before any partnership, we conduct personal site visits to ensure their practices align with our standards for animal welfare and ethical breeding.

Are the puppies available for adoption?

Sometimes! While most of the puppies in our yoga classes already have homes, we occasionally help connect future pet parents with our trusted breeder partners.

It’s a great opportunity to spend time with the puppies and get to know their personalities before making a decision.

How old are the puppies?

All puppies are a minimum of 8 weeks old, in accordance with NSW animal welfare legislation. Every puppy is vet-checked, vaccinated, and healthy before participating in any Doga Sydney session.

What health and hygiene measures are in place?

At Doga Sydney, puppy health and hygiene are top priorities. Here’s what we do to ensure a safe, clean environment for everyone:

🧴 Participants must remove shoes and sanitise hands before entering the yoga space.

🧼 All mats and surfaces are sanitised before and after every class.

🧽 Accidents are cleaned immediately using puppy-safe cleaning products.

👀 Puppies are monitored throughout the session to ensure they’re happy, calm, and not overstimulated.

💧 Fresh water and puppy-safe snacks are provided in every class.
